Return policy
At Vn.Design, we are confident the quality of our products will meet, if not exceed your expectations. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions bellow.
Vn.Design will accept products returns within 10 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid receipt and warranty card.
- - A valid receipt is an original sales receipt or original invoice.

The change product is easy and simple, customer service available to provide free products for you if you return the original product, still new with the warranty paper within 10 days.
Service charge for change new product will be charged when the product was older and can still refurbished.
